Kevin earned his B.A. in both Political Science and Economics from Syracuse University in May 1998 and his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law in February 2001.  He has been admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts since 2001.

 Since being admitted, Kevin has worked exclusively in the field of personal injury.  His area of practice include motor vehicle collision cases, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and products liability.  Kevin also handles New York State No-Fault insurance, supplementary uninsured/underinsured motorists (SUM) coverage, and other general insurance coverage issues.  Kevin is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New York. Among his professional associations are the Erie County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
