Mr.
Kahn, the senior managing partner of the law firm, Siegel,
Kelleher and Kahn concentrates his practice in the areas of
personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice
law. He is a member of the Erie County, New York State, and
American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before
the United States District Court for the Western District
of New York, the United States District Court for the Northern
District of New York, the United States Tax Court, and the
United States Supreme Court.
Mr.
Kahn has served as faculty speaker for numerous Bar Association
seminars. He has also acted as the Dean of the Popular People's
Law School. He has lectured for the American Arbitration Association
on developments in the law of no-fault insurance and has lead
Continuing Education seminars on personal injury law and case
preparation for trial and/or settlement.
Mr.
Kahn was a long time member of the Advisory Board for Bry-Lin
Hospitals. He also is a past member of the Board of Trustees for Shea's Performing Arts Center where he served for two years
as their annual Fund Chairman. Mr. Kahn is active in the American
Trial Lawyers Association and served as Chairman of the Erie
County Bar Association Committee on Negligence Law for several
years.
In
addition, he is a past member of the Masters of Marketing Law Association
and frequently appears on local television programs including
WNY Live and AM Buffalo. Mr. Kahn, on behalf of the firm represented
and continues to represent the second largest contingency
of breast implant litigants in the State of New York. He received
his B.A. degree magna cum laude from State University of New
York at Buffalo and received his J.D. degree from the University
of Akron. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity
and the Phi Beta Kappa Scholastic Fraternity.
