Mr. Silvernail, an associate of the firm, concentrates his practice on Personal Injury Law. Mr. Silvernail received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 and Master's degree in 1991 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Silvernail received his Law degree in 2002 from the South Texas College of Law where he was an Articles Editor on the 2001-2002 South Texas Law Review Editorial Board. He is admitted to practice before the Court of New York State and is a member of the New York Bar Association.
