Stephen R. Silverstein concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and disability planning and elder law.  His work includes estate and trust administration, will and trust drafting, estate litigation, guardianships, Medicaid planning and Powers of Attorney.

     Mr. Silverstein has spoken before professional and community groups.  He was a speaker at a recent New York State Bar Association continuing legal education program regarding probate and administration of estates.  Mr. Silverstein frequently appears on local radio programs to discuss estate and disability matters.

     Mr. Silverstein is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County.  He is active in the Bar Association of Erie County's Surrogate's Court Practice and Procedure Committee and Elder Law Committee and is the Recording Secretary for both Committees.
