Mr.
Steinhaus is trial counsel to Siegel, Kelleher & Kahn,
LLP who's primary practice involves the litigation and trial of
all types of injury claims
including trucking, motor vehicle and motorcycle
accidents, premises
liability, product liability, nursing home and medical
malpractice cases.
Mr. Steinhaus joined Siegel, Kelleher & Kahn in 1986.
He received
his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and
his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport.
He is admitted to practice in all State Courts in the State
of New York and in Bankruptcy Court for the Western District
of New York as well as the Federal
District Courts for the Western District of New York and the
Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr.
Steinhaus is a member of the Erie County Bar Association,
The New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the
American Association for Justice.
Mr. Steinhaus also serves as legal advisor to the
Williamsville North High School moot court team and is vice
president of the Kensington Lion's Club, a charitable
organization which is dedicated to helping the visually
impaired as well as a host of other worthwhile causes
including Kids Escaping Drugs.
