Steven G. Wiseman practices in the area of family law, including matters related to divorce, custody and visitation, support, and equitable distribution of property. In addition to representing clients in litigated cases, he renders alternative dispute resolution services in mediation and collaborative law. Mr. Wiseman has served as the chairperson of the Bar Association of Erie County's Matrimonial and Family Law Committee and is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs sponsored by the New York State Bar Association in addition to other organizations.

In addition to family law, Mr. Wiseman practices in the field of commercial litigation. Examples of matters in this area are breach of contract cases, investor fraud matters, business dissolutions, and disputes related to purchases or sales of businesses, real estate and other property.

Mr. Wiseman earned a Bachelors Degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
