In 2007 Siegel, Kelleher & Kahn, LLP Trial Counsel, Robert D. Steinhaus, Esq. obtained a jury verdict for a Gentleman who was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident.  During the trial the insurance company for the defendant made a settlement offer.  Mr. Steinhaus and his client agreed the offer was inadequate and they proceeded to verdict.  The jury returned a verdict which was twenty times more than the settlement offer.

In 2008, Mr. Steinhaus represented a young woman who was injured in a motor vehicle accident.  The defense contended that she did not suffer a serious injury and made only a nuisance value settlement offer.  The jury returned a verdict which was ten times the amount of the settlement offer.
