After just four to six 1 1/2 hour sessions, most couples can solve parenting, support, and the equitable distribution of marital property at savings of 40% to 60% of traditional litigation.

Mediation before trial in custody matters is already mandated in ten states including Wisconsin and California.

Unlike divorce litigation, with a satisfaction rating around 33%, mediation satisfaction ratings are about 93%.
